摘要 PURPOSE: To separate the on-column of the constituent of a main capillary for analysis and separation by enabling first and second capillaries to surround a space whose sectional shape is equal to or less than 200 micron and connecting two capillaries. CONSTITUTION: A second liquid is introduced and is mixed to an electrolyte 26 while the liquid flows through a part 14 using a second capillary. Also, edges 16' and 18' of the second capillary are placed at containers 36 and 38, respectively. A liquid 42 is loaded into the container 36 and the container 36 is placed at a higher position than the container 38. Then, after the liquid 42 is introduced into a part 16, it flows to a connection part 20 toward a part 18 and then is discharged to the container 38. Further, space surrounded by the second capillary is connected to a space surrounded by a main capillary at the connection part 20 so that a small quantity within the liquid 42 is mixed to one portion of the electrolyte of the main capillary and a mixed liquid flows through the part 14, thus reinforcing separation and detecting the separation 34.
