PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a prepress proof which has a stable concentration even on a paper with a coarse surface and does not generate transfer unevenness by incorporating a low melting point resin which is a solid at a room temp., in a photosensitive layer contg. in the subject material. CONSTITUTION:The photosensitive layer contg. a coloring agent and the low melting point resin (A) which is the solid at the room temp. and has an ethylenically unsatd. group, is mounted on the image forming material. The prepress proof for color proof-reading is formed by generating the difference of sticking property between the exposed part and the unexposed part of the photosensitive layer by image-wisely exposing the photosensitive layer and then being transferred the obtd. picture on a paper, etc. Preferably, a thermoplastic resin, an ethylenically unsatd. compd. and a photopolymerization initiator, in addition to the components mentioned above, are incorporated in the photosensitive layer. The layer is preferably constituted of plural layers. The component A may contain a wax. etc., having carboxylic group which has property of giving a low viscosity liquid at a thermal transfer temp. |
