Capable of rising from a supine position and initiating a walking movement with the aid of the user, it has two micromotors M1 and M2 which, by means of a commutator C, a first switch S1 and double switch S2-S3 are applied alternately to a device for raising the doll and to a device 18 for a second, oscillating actuation of the legs. The commutator C is actuated by a cam 24 of a disc 7 of the mechanism for raising and the first switch is actuated by another cam 22 of the device 18 for a second actuation of the legs. The double switch S2-S3 allows initialisation of the functioning cycle by means of the simultaneous and sudden connection of the two micromotors M1 and M2 to the supply P via alternating circuits. <IMAGE>
