PURPOSE:To obtain the present foam suitable as interior materials, heat insulating materials, etc., having excellent flame retardance and safety by blending an expandable raw material of polyurethane foam with graphite or graphite compound in a specific ratio and foaming. CONSTITUTION:A mixture consisting of at least a polyol, an organic polyisocyanate, amine catalyst, tin catalyst, blowing agent, foam stabilizer and 5-300 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polyol of graphite or graphite compound is expanded to give the aimed foam. |
