<p>PURPOSE:To form a multi-color picture image while obtaining the picture image having a high grade by adjusting pressure distribution by a pressure applying means, stably carrying a recording medium, etc. and applying energy to the recording medium in response to pressure distribution. CONSTITUTION:A drive roller 5a and a driven roller 5b are turned and a recording medium 1 is delivered successively from a roller 2, a body of revolution 4a is rotated while a light source 4b is flickered, and the recording layer of the recording medium 1 is irradiated with light having respective spectral characteristic in response to the picture signals of yellow, magenta and cyan and an image is formed. When recording paper 8 is carried so as to be overlapped to the range of the formation of the image to the conveyance of the recording medium 1 and both the recording medium 1 and the recording paper 8 are conveyed between the driver roller 5a and the driven roller 5b, pressure is applied to the recording medium 1 and the recording paper 8 by both rollers 5a, 5b, the picture forming element assembly of the recording layer 1b is broken and a core in a capsule flows out, and the core and the developer 8a of recording paper 8 conduct a coloring reaction and is recorded as a visible image. Pressure distribution at both end sections is made higher than that at a central section in the cross direction of the recording medium.</p> |
