PURPOSE: To obtain a pen having high ink utilization rate by employing main fibers having hollow cross-section opening outward at least a part thereof in a leading core or interconnecting core. CONSTITUTION: Fibers having hollow cross-section opening outward at least partially are employed in the leading core 3 of a sign pen. According to the structure, ink exudates more easily through capillarity at the hollow part in the fiber substantially insusceptible to the binder fibers in addition to capillarity between fibers. |
