IMPROVEMENT TO THE PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR FORMIN MINERAL FIBER BY MEANS OF CENTRIFUGATION WHEELS

A raw material for fiber flows onto distribution wheel (1) and is sent to wheel (2) [going in opposite direction to (1) after accelerating by contact with (1), incompletely sticking raw material on (2) is sprayed to wheel (3). Sticking raw materials are then sepd. from wheels (2,3) by centrifugation and form fiber simultaneously. Prepg. fibers are sprayed into gas stream [surrounds their wheel, generates out from the orifice of blowing crown (5), and shows 50-180 m/sec at the wheel and transferred into collector. Liq. bonder compsn. is applied to fiber before collection and is sprayed by centrifugation with the cross direction to gas stream as the form of droplets.
