FIELD: production of canned first-course dishes for space feeding. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing receipt components: freezing and grinding burning nettle, great plantain and beet tops in grinder; cutting , blanching and grinding potato in grinder; grinding fish fillet in grinder; rubbing garlic; mixing said components with sour cream, fish soup and edible salt; packaging resulted mixture in aluminum tubes at predetermined consumption of components. ^ EFFECT: increased digestibility of novel canned food for space feeding. |
