When a user operates views the CRT 1 as shown by the arrow D and operates the input key with a finger, etc., the input key can be seen without being hidden behind a frame 2 for a touch switch even if the frame 2 is provided at the periphery, and the finger never touches the frame 2 even when the key is pressed, and the key input is facilitated.
