PURPOSE:To obtain the titled powder of KONJAK (devil's tongue) bulb at a low cost with curtailed steps, by cooking raw bulb of KONJAK e.g. by steaming and then drying the cooked bulb. CONSTITUTION:Raw KONJAK bulb is heated to the core to attain a cooked state by steaming, boiling, etc., prior to drying. The cooked KONJAK bulb is dried to obtain the objective dried bulb. |
