PURPOSE:To realize measurement independent of temperature even if this sensor is locally heated upon making an output terminal for an output signal composed of a middle connection point of a plurality of magnetoresistance elements connected in series to each other, by burying a heat-radiating layer into a coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A halt-radiating layer 13 is interposed between a glass coating film 5 and an organic material-coating film 6 in a magnetic sensor. When this sensor is used in a temperature atmosphere with thermally uneven characteristics locally and when heat H is made to locally flow in the coating layers 5 and 6, the flowing heat H is uniformly dispersed by the heat-radiating layer 13 and it is discharged with nearly uniform heat radiation characteristics to a plurality of magnetoresistance elements 3 and 4. Accordingly, temperature variations of the magnetoresistance elements 3 and 4 are made nearly identical to each other. Hence the elements are connected in series with each other between bias voltage terminals 8 and 12, and an output terminal 10 for an output signal is composed of a middle point of this connection. Even if this sensor is used in this composition and in a locally uneven temperature atmosphere, measurement independent of temperature can be performed without being subject to local heating. |
