PURPOSE:To perform adhesion of a molded body extremely easily, by a method wherein at the time of adhesion of molded bodies composed of thermoplastic resin with a thermoplastic adhesive agent, the adhesive agent is arranged be tween the molded bodies, which are to be stuck, under a solid state and the bodies to be stuck are stuck close to each other after melting of the adhesive agent through heating. CONSTITUTION:Pellets obtained from 100 pts.wt. of acid-modified polypropylene and 150 pts.wt. of atomized iron powder are molded into an O-ring state through injection molding, which is made into an adhesive agent 4. The above-mentioned adhesive agent 4 in the state of the O-ring is put on a mold for molding a member 2 constituting a vessel 1 and having a fitting part of a male mold, and the member 2 made of the polypropylene, to the fitting part of which the adhesive agent has been fixed is obtained through injection molding by making use of the said mold. A member 3 is molded of the polypropylene separately. The members 2, 3 are fitted to each other, the adhesive agent is melted through high-frequency induction heating due to a coil arranged outside the fitting part and a vessel 1 is obtained by adhering and joining the members 2, 3 together. |
