PURPOSE:To make a vane correspond to working power frequency, by forming a circumferential incline between vanes, and also forming a difference of elevation into height of one side of the vane and that of the other side. CONSTITUTION:A surface of a vane base 1 between adjacent vanes 2 is formed into a circumferential incline 1t. And, a difference of elevation is formed into height (b) of one side 2a of each vane 2 and that (b) of the other side 2b. Therefore, corresponding to what a direction of rotation is selected to both c.w. and c.c.w. directions by an electric motor, vane height is varied into both ways of high and low. Accordingly, a state of each vane is converted into application for both 50Hz and 60Hz.
