Device for fixing a headlight lens to the bodywork of a motor vehicle, comprising a threaded stud 1 fitted with a head 2 followed by an axial part 3 including an encrustation or biting surface force-fitted through a through-hole 7 in a plastic component 6 for supporting the headlight lens so as to lock this stud 1 in rotation with respect to the support component 6. There is interposed, between the head 2 and the part with a biting surface 3 of the threaded stud 1, an annular part 5 whose diameter is reduced with respect to this encrustation or biting surface. <IMAGE>
