PURPOSE:To perform beam tilt without lowering antenna efficiency and an antenna gain, by setting the short side direction of an aperture window as a direction arranged in line of annular slots, and forming a batch element so as to set the slot width on the side of the long side of the aperture window narrower than that on the side of the short side. CONSTITUTION:The batch element 8 is arranged on the aperture window 7 provided in a dielectric, and a radiation circuit pattern 4 is formed with a large number of annular slots 9 arranged in a matrix shape keeping appropriate intervals. In such constitution, the aperture window 7 of the annular slot 9 is formed in a rectangular shape, and the direction of the short side of the aperture window 7 is set in the direction arranged in line of the annular slot 9, and also, the batch element 8 is formed so that the slot width on the side of the long side of aperture window 7 is formed narrower than that on the side of the short side. In such a way, it is possible to perform the beam tilt without lowering the antenna efficiency and the antenna gain.
