PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and wires in the circuit constitution using complementary MOS transistors (TRs) by constituting the logic circuit by 4 TRs. CONSTITUTION:1st and 2nd TRs 1,2 comprising 1st conduction type MOS TRs and 3rd and 4th TRs 3, 4 comprising 2nd conduction MOS TRs are provided. Then the 1st and 3rd TRs 1, 3 are connected in series and the 2nd and 4th TRs 3, 4 are connected in series, the connection 5 between the 1st and 3rd TRs 1, 3 is connected to the gate of the 2nd and 4th TRs 2, 4 and the other end of the 3rd and 4th TRs 3,4 is connected to the 1st power supply GND and the gate of the 1st and 3rd TRs 1, 3 is used as the 1st input terminal 6 and the other end of the 1st and 2nd TRs 1, 2 is used as the 2nd input terminal 7 and the connection of the 2nd and 4th TRs 2, 4 is used as the output terminal 8. Thus, the logic circuit 4 is constituted by 4 TRs, then the number of components and wires is decreased and the degree of circuit integration is improved.
