PURPOSE:To make adhesion between separators so better as well as to secure such an effect that is excellent in a closing voltage characteristic, by pressurizing the separator inserted into a positive electrode case by blanking. CONSTITUTION:A positive electrode black mix 6 making silver oxide an active material is inserted into a positive electrode case 5 together with a positive electrode ring 7 and, after being pressurized and molded, an electrolyte solution consisting of a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution is injected thereinto. Afterward, a graft film 2 graft-polymerizing metacrylic acid to polythylene, a separator consisting of cellophane and a saturating material 1 making a nylon nonwoven fabric a material are punched with a separator stamping punch 4, inserting them into the positive electrode case 5, and a separator layer is pressurized by a presser pin 11.
