On a base surface (A) is laid a perimetric formwork (B) inside which are arranged light formwork members (C) particularly of cardboard. Between and/or on top of said light formwork members (C), reinforcement members (E) are arranged on supporting means (I) bearing at least on the light formwork members (C). In contact with the light formwork members (C), spacing members (D) are arranged in order to maintain the light formwork members in position. Concrete (F) is poured on the base surface (A) on top and around light formwork members in order to obtain, after dismantling of the formwork, a light and rigid element ribbed on one face. Before dismantling of the formwork, a selected finishing treatment of the unribbed face is carried out.
