PURPOSE:To prevent reduction in the electrical conductivity of an electrically conductive layer during the coating of a dielectric layer by forming a water soluble polymer layer on the electrically conductive layer on which the dielectric layer is coated and by making the dielectric layer soluble in an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:When a dielectric layer is coated on an electrically conductive layer with an org. solvent, an intermediate layer is previously formed on the conductive layer so as to make the conductive layer independent of the coating of the dielectric layer. The intermediate layer is a water soluble polymer layer which inhibits the penetration of the org. solvent. A support used is a transparent plastic film such as a film of polyethylene terepthalate, polycarbonate, cellulose triacetate, polyether sulfone or PVC. The electrically conductive layer is preferably composed of electrically conductive fine particles because practical transparency is required and the pref. particles are electrically conductive crystalline metal oxide particles of <=0.5mu, preferably <=0.2mu average particle size. |
