PURPOSE:To amplify a differential limiting-torque by effecting said differential limiting-torque by a friction force between friction materials placed on the primary and secondary shafts respectively and reversing the torque directions of respective shafts to each other. CONSTITUTION:The second shaft section 17b of the second shaft 1b is coupled with the first shaft section 17b, and with the third shaft section 17c, as well. Said second shaft section 17b is provided with a plural number of the second friction materials 20, which are movable in the direction of axis and prohibited from relative rotations. Further, the end of the shaft section 15 of the first shaft 14 passing through the first shaft section 17a is provided with a plural number of the first friction materials 18, which are movable in the direction of axis and prohibited from relative rotations. Accordingly, the supply of fluid under pressure from an external hydraulic fluid power source to a piston chamber 62 permits the first piston 68 and the second piston 70 to move, the first and second friction materials to come into contact, and differential limiting- torque to occur.
