PURPOSE:To enable the reduction of manufacture processes while secure high quality by sticking a cloth which is formed by medium oriented yarn to a recessed part formed on a core material along the form of said recessed part. CONSTITUTION:When applied to the door trim of an automobile, a door trim 11 as an internal decorative material, is formed by sticking a skin 14 and a cloth 15 made of planely woven medium oriented yarn to a core material 12 with a pad 13 being interposed in between. The core material 12 consists of a synthetic resin body part 12a and a steel plate waist part 12b which is cutter held 12d on the upper part 12c of the body part 12a. The cloth 15 is stuck over the whole width in the longitudinal direction including a shallowly throttled recessed part 12e which is formed in the defined position of the body part 12a. And, a skin 14 of, e.g., a PVC sheet is stuck to the upper side and lower sides of the cloth 15, and the lapped part 16 of the skin 14 and cloth 15 is welded to the body part 12a of the core material 12 by means of a high frequency welder.
