PURPOSE:To obtain a microorganism capable of highly producing L-tryptophan, by introducing two or more different DNA molecules containing parts having genetic information about biosynthesis of L-tryptophan into a host microorganism belonging to the genus Bacillus from the outside and stabilizing and holding the DNA molecules at the same time. CONSTITUTION:DND molecules, containing parts having genetic information about biosynthesis of L-tryptophan without substantially self-replication ability in a host microorganism or DNA molecules, containing parts having genetic information about biosynthesis of the L-tryptophan and having self-replication ability in the host microorganisms are repeatedly transformed in a microorganism capable of highly producing L-tryptophan as the host microorganism to afford the aimed microorganism having further improved productivity of the L-tryptophan. |
