摘要

PURPOSE:To attain reverse reading against a reading direction with a reference constitution by forming a means for making the time bases of both video signals coincident with each other so that image data generated correspondingly to the same part of an object to be photographed coincide with each other on the time base. CONSTITUTION:A reverse reading video signal outputted from the output terminal 7 of a reverse reading signal generating circuit RSA to the output terminal 5 of a solid-state image pickup device is delayed on the time base from a video signal outputted from a solid-state image pickup element SIDa for picking up an optical signal signal transmitted through an optical member PSD for dividing an optical signal line two parts by the previously fixed time length of the video signal. The time bases of two video signals obtained based on respective output video signals outputted from two solid-state image pickup elements SIDa, SIDb are made to coincide with each other so that image data generated correspondingly to the same part of the object are made to coincide with each other on the time base. Consequently, the reverse reading video signal read out in the reverse order against the writing order of the video signals stored in an analog memory.
