PURPOSE:To improve the reliability against corrosion on a joint part by using the austenitic stainless steel containing a carbide stabilizing element at the austenitic stainless steel side of a joint joined dissimilar material. CONSTITUTION:The carbon in the steel is stabilized by combining it with Ti on SUS 321 and Nb or Ta on SUS 347 by air cooling or water cooling the SUS 321, SUS 347 and so on containing carbide stabilizing element after heating at 800-950 deg.C, after the solution treatment. The joint is formed after performing said treatment. The corrosion resistance at the joint part of the austenitic stainless steel of the joint joined dissimilar material can be increased by forming this composition.
