Visual display unit (VDU)

摘要

It is proposed to provide a compensation coil on the cathode ray tube of the visual display unit, between the screen (luminescent screen fluorescent screen) and the deflection means, which compensation coil has applied to it a compensation current whose polarity and intensity can be varied, in order to compensate for raster rotation of the screen caused by the earth's magnetic field.
