Stackable mobile tubular structure intended for conveniently carrying the baskets for unloading bakery ovens and for moving them. It consists of an orthogonal dihedron 1 whose planes are inclined so as to place the basket 13 which it carries in the most practical position for receiving the loaves as they come out of the oven. The said dihedron is carried by a lower plane consisting of the arched element 6 equipped with the castors 7 and designed to be wider than the dihedron 1 to allow stacking of several vehicles of this type. The ends 4, 5, 8 and 9 of the tubular structures forming the upper dihedron 1 and the lower arched element 6 are curved down towards the ground in the form of crooks and are equipped with caps in a non-skid manner, the vehicle bearing on the said four ends when it is inclined for unloading the basket 13. The invention may be used for removing bakery and patisserie products from the oven when it is equipped with a creel 17. <IMAGE>
