PURPOSE:To obtain a thin timepiece with a solar battery which has superior impact resistance by arranging hands in a opening hole part of a dial and superposing an impact-resisting damper member by a conduction coil spring between the solar battery and a circuit board. CONSTITUTION:A hand 12a is set shorter than the circle of the opening part of the dial 11 as shown in figure A and held at high as the dial 1 in section. Then, only a minute hand 12b and a second hand 12c are superposed on the dial 11, so that the thickness is reduced even when a substrate for the solar battery is fitted. When the solar battery is connected electrically to the circuit board 19 as shown in figure B, the circuit substrate connection spring 15 is arranged in round holes of a winding stem spacer 14 as an insulating member and a dial receiving plate 12 and the electric connection is made by the circuit substrate connection spring 15 in the round holes. Further, the substrate with the solar battery is supported with the spring force of the spring 15 and the glass substrate 10 with the solar battery is protected against destruction due to the impact by a gap provided between the receiving plate 13 and a movement member, so that the timepiece with the solar battery which has superior impact resistance is obtained. |
