PURPOSE:To control designation, start/stop of an incoming transfer destination of a subscriber from a remote location by using a line non-correspondence signal of a common line so as to transmit a pass word/service allowable person telephone number/incoming transfer destination telephone number. CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 1-1 receives the 'incoming transfer destination control service from a remote location', a user sends a service request to the center. The center side applies request reception notice thereto and transfers a pass word. In applying designation, start/stop of the incoming transfer destination from a subscriber 1-4 other than the subscriber 1-1 allowed for the said service, control information is transferred from a line non-correspondence signal of the common line 5-1. Then the incoming transfer service allowed personnel changes the incoming transfer destination of the own call at any location.
