PURPOSE:To make conveyance secure and smooth by enabling an upper frame body provided on a conveying body to rotate around one end part on the longitudinal direction of a conveying rail, in a conveying device for an IC, etc. CONSTITUTION:An upper frame body 16 can be rotated by holding a holding part 47, in the F direction with one end part of a supporting frame 27 as the fulcrum and by means of a hinge member 30. Thereby, the upper part of a conveying passage 37 can be opened. This construction enables an operator to cope even with the clogging of a part 13 such as an IC, etc. in the conveying passage 37 easily and rapidly. Normally, the upper frame body 16 is operated being locked to the supporting frame 27 by means of a locking mechanism 58. Due to this construction, secure and smooth conveyance can be carried out.
