PURPOSE:To improve the assembly property of a compressor by securing the sleeve of a steel material to a cast shaft, and welding the sleeve to a rotor core to secure a rotor to the shaft. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 5 made of a steel material is secured to a shaft 8 by press-fitting or shrink-fitting in the state of a sole shaft before assembling a compressor. Then, when the compressor is assembled, a rotor 4 is inserted to the shaft 8, and the sleeve 5 and a core 4b are secured by welding. Thus, the assembling property is improved to manufacture the compressor at low cost. |
