PURPOSE:To prevent acceleration slip by installing an engine-torque correcting means which carries-out the correction for the reduction of the time of engine- torque reduction and/or the amount of engine-torque reduction, when an air conditioner is in operation. CONSTITUTION:An engine torque control means M5 reduces the engine torque, when acceleration slip is detected on the basis of a car acceleration detecting means M3 and a slip detecting means M4. An engine torque correcting means M6 carries-out the correction for reducing the time of engine-torque reduction and the amount of engine-torque reduction when an air conditioner is in operation. Thus, acceleration slip can be prevented, and engine trouble can be prevented.
