PURPOSE:To enable easy and positive detection of an inclination angle, by supporting a weight by supporting tools jointed onto 2 rotary supporting shafts provided on a swinging body through rotary supporting shafts installed on the weight in 2 positions. CONSTITUTION:In case when a swinging body is positioned horizontally, tensions are generated in supporting tools T1, T2 horizontally by the gravity acting on a weight W and these tensions act into mutual equilibrium to hold by nature the weight W in a stable condition. Namely, even if an external force is applied, the weight W does not continue vibration as is the case with a simple pendulum, but it reaches rapidly the stable condition by a damping effect. Further, in case when a container box D integrated with the swinging body is inclined through an angle of theta, the RH side of the weight W is raised upward to close a contact point S1 and on the other hand, a contact point S2 remains as opened. Consequently, the contact point S1 is communicated with a terminal S0 and the direction of the inclined angle is detected electrically enabling a controlling operation to the swinging body by the information. Further, if the swinging body inclined to the direction of -theta, the contact point S2 is closed and the contact point S1 is opened and the swinging body can be controlled in the reverse direction.
