PURPOSE:To execute easily and briefly qualitative analysis by preparing a reagent contg. several kinds of standard materials at such mixing ratios at which discriminatable stepwise differences are generated in the stage of detecting the respective peaks thereof as a standard reagent for identification. CONSTITUTION:The reagent contg. the respective standard materials at such mixing ratios at which the discriminatable stepwide differences are generated in the detecting peak areas in the stage of detecting the respective peaks thereof is prepd. as the standard sample for identification of peaks contg. plural kinds of the standard materials in a high-speed liquid chromatography. Plural kinds of the materials to be incorporated as the standard reagents are suitably selected according to the intended analytical items by the high-speed liquid chromato graphy. About 5-10% differences of the detecting peak areas are preferably provided for the mixing ratios of the respective standard materials in the stage of detecting the peaks of the respective materials. The kinds of the standard materials to be mixed are therefore preferably <=5 kinds. |
