PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture, and to improve economical efficiency by leaving at least two or more of unnecessary sections among lead terminals on the blank processing of the lead terminals and annexing a holding spring formed so as to hold a substrate. CONSTITUTION:With terminals 5 with a carrier, one ends are connected at a side edge in the longitudinal direction of the carrier 4, and they are formed through blank processing so as to run parallel in a pectinate manner. The nose of the terminal 5 with the carrier is branched forkedly in the same plane to shape a pair of fixing pieces 6, and a stepped line parallel with the carrier 4 is formed at the desired position of the lower surface of the fixing piece 6 to shape a stopper 6a. Punched, cut and removed sections among the terminals 5 with the carrier are not cut and left at the rate of at least two to one ceramic substrate 1 to shape springs 9 for holding, and the springs 9 are slightly bent downward to the fixing pieces 6 and the ceramic substrate 1 is held by the fixing pieces 6 and the springs 9 for holding. Accordingly, the lead terminals are blank-processed easily, and operating efficiency is improved while the sections, which need not be punched, are utilized as the holding springs, thus enhancing an economical effect. |
