PURPOSE:To improve assembling accuracy and operation efficiency by calculating the offset of the first shaft mounted vertically on a measuring stand from the position of a center push pin pushed against the center hole of the second shaft to correct the position of the first shaft. CONSTITUTION:After carrying out a master measuring process and storing the zero point of an offset, a rotor shaft 1, on which through vanes 3, 3' are joined and a rear shaft 2 is mounted and temporarily fixed, is mounted on a measuring stand 5, and when a starting button is pushed a fine control rod 13 for X, Y coordinate axes advances to a prescribed position. Sliders 7, 7' advance then, and a return rod 17 runs against the side of the rotor shaft 1 to press it against the rod 13. The shaft 1 therefore moves slightly to a position fixed by the rod 13. Then, detected values on four electric micrometers are read, and offsets on the X, Y coordinate axes are calculated from the detected values and the value at zero point of the offset. The rod 13 is then moved back and forth until the offset becomes 2mu or less. When the offset has been within the above values, a center push pin 21 goes down to push against the center hole of the shaft 2, and both shafts are fixed after cramped by an arm 23. |
