PURPOSE:To simplify the mounting/demounting by adjusting a mounting plate to a desired angle position and fitting the plate with turning operation between a lock release position and locking position of an operating lever. CONSTITUTION:In placing an operating lever 5 to the lock release position, a nut block 7 is moved left, a right side hinge bearing 2a of a moving plate 2 is released from the tightening state and made slidable. The moving plate 2 is stopped to a desired angle position in this state and fixed tentatively. In turning the operating lever 5 to the lock position 5', the nut block 7 is moved right to depress a hinge bearing part 2a of the moving plate 2. As a result, a serration joint of a couple of turning lock members 6, 6 is fixed in the locking state and the moving plate 2 is tightened and fixed at a desired angular position. |
