PURPOSE:To certainly detect the generation of the falling accident of a product, by providing a wire material under tension in the vicinity of the bottom part of a tank and generating a switching signal from operation part connected to the wire material when the product falls to press the wire material. CONSTITUTION:The product 3 transferred by a conveyor 1 falls when immersed in the tank main body T of an electrodeposition tank T receiving an electrodeposition paint solution and rides on the wire material 4 provided in the vicinity of the bottom part of the main body under tension to press said wire material 4. Whereupon, the slider 11 of a double-contact switch of an operation part 5 is pulled to the side of a fixed contact 9 by the wire material 4 and a contact part (a) consisting of a movable contact 10 and the fixed contact 9 is closed to flow a current to wiring 14. At this time, a switching signal is generated from the operation part 5 to light a falling display lamp 13.
