PURPOSE:To reduce disturbance due to torque variations applied to a vehicle body to reduce the vibration of the vehicle body, by providing a control circuit for driving an actuator in accordance with an electrical signal from a vibrometer. CONSTITUTION:A front engine mount 2 resiliently supports the front side of an engine 1, and a rear engine mount 1 supports the rear side of the engine 1, that is, the engine 1 is attached to a vehicle body 4 through the intermediary of the mounts 2, 3. A vehicle body 4 is attached thereto with an actuator 6 while the engine 1 is attached thereto with a vibrometer 7 so that a control circuit 8 receives a signal from the vibrometer 7 and drives the actuator 6. With this arrangement, a control force produced by the actuator 6 is applied in the direction in which the control force cancels out disturbance due to torque variations produced by the engine 1, thereby it is possible to aim at reducing the vibration of the vehicle body. |
