PURPOSE:To improve extremely the operability for graphic input with use of a cursor by using a means which changes automatically the cursor shift ratio in response to the shift speed of a mouth. CONSTITUTION:An AND gate 5 obtains an AND between a signal 100 produced from a mouth 1 and a timing pulse signal produced from a timing circuit 6 and delivers a signal 100 to an input register 7 when the coincidence is obtained between both signals. The input value corresponding to the shift amount of the mouth 1 which is once stored in the register 7 is supplied to a logical circuit 8 to be converted into the numerical value. This numerical value is stored temporarily to an output register 9. The register 9 is connected to a display device 3 to transmit said stored numerical value to the device 3. The circuit 6 produces a timing pulse signal and delivers it to the gate 5, registers 7 and 9 and the device 3 respectively. Thus these units can be started in order.
