PURPOSE:To perform real-time temperature compensation by connecting specific parallel and series resistances to a couple of series-connected resistance elements respectively. CONSTITUTION:Parallel resistances PH1 and PH2 and series resistances QH1 and QH2 are connected to the couple of series-connected thermistors TH1 and TH2 and the mid-point 7 of the connection is used as an output terminal. Its output is inputted to a sensor circuit 12 through an amplifier AP. The thermistors TH1 and TH2, resistances P1 and P2, Q1 and Q2, and MR1 and MR2 are set in desired numerical relation to perform the real-time temperature compensation. |
