发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR TRACE ANALYSIS BY ADSORPTIVE CONDENSATION METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect efficiently and exactly the ultra-trace component in the region below the detection limit by adsorbing a gas to be measured to the adsorbent in a single adorbent-packed cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The adsorptive component except the component to be measured in an adsorbent-packed cylinder 10 is desorbed and thereafter an adsorbent 12 is maintained at the optimum temp. for adsorption. A standard gas is adsorbed and desorbed to and from the adsorbent then the gas is expelled by a prescribed flow rate of a carrier gas. The gas contg. the desorbed gas is passed through a dehydrator 20 and is then analyzed and quantitatively determined by a gas analyzing device C by which the adsorptive and desorptive power is calibrated. The component to be measured of the gas to be measured is adsorbed to the adsorbent 12 of the device A from a separating system part B by the similar method as a normal inspection. Such operation is repeated frequently like, for example, 5-50 times. The adsorbent 12 is thereafter instantaneously heated by a temp. changer 15 to desorb instantaneously the adsorbed component. A prescribed flow rate of a carrier gas is fed thereto to introduce the desorbed gaseous component into the device C which detects and determines quantitatively the component thereof. The measurement with good accuracy is thus made possible even if the component is as trace as below the lower limit region of the measuring device.
