摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the number of necessary parts and tools and permit the rapid replacement and feed by installing each storing apparatus for parts and tools which stores parts, hands, tools, and jigs and positioning-feeds said part through revolution and controlling a versatile-use apparatus, etc. for transferring parts onto an assembly plate from the part storing apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A controller 12 instructs a tool storing conveyor 13 and a seal feeding robot 14 to prepare for the next kind of machine and stops a holder 15 on the conveyor 13, and the robot 14 chucks a tool, hand, or a jig, and sets said element onto a pallet 10. The name of the part for each kind of machine and the position of an assembly pallet 19 and so on are transmitted onto a rotary part-storing shelf 16 from the controller 12, and the necessary part- shelf according to the above-described information is automatically turned to the vicinity of a part feeding robot 17, and the part is transferred onto the pallet 19. The both pallets are transported on a conveyor 20, and each pallet is detected in each assembly process, and when the pallet to be replaced is recognized, the apparatus 12 transmits the replacement instruction to a robot 9, which takes a hand from the pallet 10 and assembles in succession the parts on the pallet 19.
