PURPOSE:To lightly and effectively attract and transfer a machined iron plate or the like by providing a rotor formed of an elastic material pressed in an opposite attracting direction freely in the rotation and elevational movements on the lower surface of an electromagnet, and providing a similar rotor on the lower surface of a pole magnetized in different polarity from the rotor. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnet M is composed by winding an electromagnet coil 6 on a coil core 4, and mounted on the center of the inner surface of the upper surface iron plate 1 of a long case A. A rotor B1 formed of other magnet material such as a steel ball is provided on the lower surface of the core 4, free in the rotation and the elevational movements to the core 4, and pressed and energized in the opposite attracting direction, and the rotor B1 is provided to be magnetized in the same polarity. Columnar units 13 of a magnetic material are mounted on both sides of the inner surface of the plate 1, magnetized in different polarity from the rotor B1, and a rotor B2 formed of other magnetic material such as a steel ball is similarly provided to the rotor B1 at the center on the lower surface. An electromagnet M and the columnar unit 13 are alternately disposed in a case A so that the rotors B1, B2 become poles in the magnetized state, thereby lightly and effectively attracting and transferring an iron plate E. |
