PURPOSE:To prevent gas as fuel from being wastefully consumed and at the same time cold secondary air from taking in an oven by a method wherein the high temperature air obtained by high temperature combustion is kept in the oven as long as possible so as to make full use of the available heat energy before discharged outside. CONSTITUTION:The mixed gas, which necessitates no secondary air, is produced by turning ON the switch of a blower under the condition, that a temperature controller is set to the indicated temperature, in order to mix the fuel gas with the combustion air sent from the blower at a low pressure mixer 22 and then sent to burners 4 and 5 under the pressure as low as natural ventilation pressure. The high temperature air obtained by burning of said mixed gas is stagnated at the upper part in a gas oven so as to serve as atmospheric heat and then lowers by natural convection down on a hot plate 6, resulting in baking stuffs to be baked on the hot plate 6. The high temperature air is lowered its temperature by being stricken against the stuffs to be baked placed on the hot plate 6 and turned into the low temperature air, the temperature of which is so low as to be not available for baking and which is discharged outside form exhaust ports 12a, 12b,..., via a rear exhaust duct through an exhaust port 3. |
