PURPOSE:To prevent winding of an offset preventing solution and paper by adding a fluorine surface active agent to the offset preventing solution in a fixing device using a means supplying the offset preventing solution to a roll pressing against a toner supporting material. CONSTITUTION:The fixing device has a heating roll 1 obtained by coating a hollow cylinder 2 consisting of a high heat conductive material thinly with a mold releasing material 3 such as silicone rubber and fluoric polytetrafluoroethylene resin. This invention uses the offset preventing solution 11 obtained by adding a fluorine surface active agent to an ordinary offset preventing solution. The offset preventing agent is drawn up by the capillary phenomenon of a felt 12, carried by a carrying felt 12 and supplied to a heat roll 1 through a coating felt 25. Said constitution makes it possible to prevent the winding of the offset preventing solution and paper. |
