PURPOSE:To treat an organic soln. without fear of an explosion or a fire accident by making an outer cylinder of a tubular membrane separation module and a sealing material electroconductive, and grounding the outer cylinder at the same time to prevent the elctrification in the treatment of the soln. CONSTITUTION:A tubular membrane 1 reinforced with nonwoven fabric is inserted into an outer cylinder 2 consisting of an electroconductive stainless tube etc., and an electroconductive sealing material 3 consisting of a metallic material etc. is packed in the clearance at both ends of the module to fix the tubular membrane 1. The outer cylinder 2 is grounded with a ground wire 5. In separating selectively an organic soln. into a concentrated liquid and a permeated liquid by using the tubular membrane module thus arranged, although static electricity may be generated in the module, the electrification can be prevented, since the tubular membrane 1, sealing material 2 and outer cylinder 3 are electrically communicated and substantially grounded.
