发明名称 CONTROL MECHANISM OF THROTTLE VALVE IN CARBURETOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To absorb a slide and a deflective load in a contact part so as to prevent a lever from sticking, by providing a rotary member in the contact part between the lever connected to the shaft of a throttle valve in a carburetor and a driving shaft which performs a linear motion. CONSTITUTION:A throttle valve controlling actuator 6 equipped to a carburetor 5 opens and closes a throttle valve 8 through a shaft 9 and a lever 7. The point end of the shaft 9 is brought in contact with a roller 10 mounted to the end of the lever 7. Accordingly, a slide of the shaft 9 caused when it is driven in its axial direction is absorbed by rotation of the roller 10, never causing the slide in a contact point between the end of the shaft 9 and the roller 10. While a deflective load applied between strokes is also converted into a turning effect of the roller, thus preventing the lever from sticking.
