PURPOSE:To assure an oil feed quantity stably even when the oil level is lowered by locating an inlet of an intake port guiding the lubricating oil in a case to a pump chamber lower than a discharge port. CONSTITUTION:An intake port 32A is formed in a taper shape with its inlet opening to a case 1 being a large diameter and with its outlet opening to a pump chamber 12 side being a small diameter, and a space 26A is provided in connection to the said outlet. On the other hand, a discharge port 34 is formed in a taper shape with its inlet opening to the pump chamber 12 being a large diameter and with its outlet opening to an oil feed path 33 side being a small diameter, and a space 27B is provided in connection to the said outlet. Accordingly, an edge effect is provided, a reversed flow of the lubricating oil at the intake and discharge ports 32A, 34 is prevented, the lubricating oil is smoothly fed, and in addition, since the inlet of the intake port 32A is located lower than the discharge port 34, there is no danger that refrigerant gas is mixed through the intake port 32A even when the oil level in the case 1 is lowered, and the lubricating oil can be fed stably. |
