PURPOSE:To obtain a structure having industrially reproducable and highly reliable vacuum tight joint by jointing a ring ceramic insulator having secured conductor terminal and Al alloy vacuum-tight container air-tightly through a pure- Al intermediate ring seat. CONSTITUTION:An air-tight joint body of conductor terminal 20 and a ceramic insulator 23 is prepared to joint said insulator 23 and Al intermediate ring seat 26 air-tightly. Said seat 26 is formed into a stepped ring while a portion of outercircumferential face of ceramic insulator 23 is jointed air-tightly through vacuum brazing to the inner face of central hole. Then as shown by point contact, brazing material 28 is wound entirely and heated in vacuum to braze, thus to produce an integrally jointed product of conductor terminal 20, insulator 23 and intermediate seat 26. Thereafter, said seat 26 is fixed in a through-hole 22 of vacuum container 12 from the outside of container such that the step section is fitted tightly in the through-hole 22 then the vacuum container wall 12 and intermediate seat 26 are welded air-tightly. |
