PURPOSE:To obtain a device which facilitates positioning a light source and takes advantages of the optical Fourier transform to measure the distribution of radiation angle easily, by providing a device which adjusts the positional relation between a light source and an objective lens so that a movable condenser lens is inserted to the optical path of a parallel light and an image detecting element is arranged in the focus of the condenser lens and the size of a detected image is smallest and is placed in the center of the optical axis. CONSTITUTION:A parallel light 6' is divided by a semitransparent mirror 9, and divided one is directed to a condenser lens 4 by a reflective mirror 10, and a transmitted light 7 is focused on the surface of the first image detector 3. In this case, since a parallel light 8 is always made incident to the second image detector 3', data of the distribution of radiation angle is attained simultaneously with completion of adjustment. Signals indicating the center position and the size of the smallest image are taken out from the first image detector 3 by a detecting device 12 and are sent to a driving device 13 to adjust the position of a light source 1 to an optimum position. Data indicating the distribution of radiation angle is taken out from an operating device 14. |
